Keep Me
by Anna Zaires
The second in the Twist Me trilogy, this installment plunges deeper into control and obsession. With dual POVs, we see the hero’s internal darkness and the heroine’s struggle: lover, captive, or pawn—her feelings blur the lines.
About This Book
In "Keep Me," the second installment of Anna Zaires' Twist Me trilogy, the complex relationship between Nora Leston and Julian Esguerra deepens, exploring themes of control, obsession, and psychological manipulation. After being abducted and held captive for fifteen months, Nora finds herself married to Julian, a powerful and possessive arms dealer. Their marriage is not one of love but of control, as Julian's obsession with Nora intensifies, blurring the lines between captor and lover.
The narrative alternates between Nora's and Julian's perspectives, providing insight into their internal struggles and the dynamics of their tumultuous relationship. Nora grapples with her feelings of captivity and desire, questioning her autonomy and the nature of her bond with Julian. Julian, on the other hand, confronts his own darkness and the lengths he is willing to go to possess Nora completely. The story delves into the psychological complexities of Stockholm syndrome, as Nora's conflicting emotions challenge her understanding of love and freedom.
Set against a backdrop of luxury and isolation, the atmosphere is dark, intense, and suspenseful, with a slow-burn tension that keeps readers engaged. The novel delves into the blurred lines between love and obsession, exploring the depths of human desire and the consequences of unchecked control. As external threats loom, Nora and Julian's relationship is tested, leading to a gripping exploration of power, submission, and the human capacity for change.

Second Chances
I received a copy of this book from Netgalley/Tule Publishing for an honest review. "Keep Me, Cowboy" by Nicole Helm is book three in the Montana Born Rodeo 2015 series but can be read as a standalone. This is Jess Clark and Cole McArthur's story. This is a sweet and emotional romance. Cole left ten years ago without saying goodbye to Jess. He hasn't seen his family since he left. Jess doesn't want to face Cole but his family needs him. She talks Cole into coming back to Marietta and facing his family so he can be with them in this time of need. Coming back is really hard on Cole since

Very good series
I came across this author under the name Minx Malone. I like how she develops a character without a lot of wasted words and repeated inner dialogues (I've read a lot of that lately). She makes realistic and steamy stories that you don't want to see come to an end.

Lovely characters, great writing
Love this family! Thoroughly enjoyable read. Nick and Raina definitely packs more heat this time around and it's great that the author seamlessly writes the other characters from the other books in and out of the stories. Great writing all around.

Loved it!
Teasing Trent: This was a very short read. It gave you the inside scoop on Trent and Mara's relationship. If you read the first 2 books before you read this one you hear about them and their relationship. This story tells how they got together. Mara is Matt's twin sister, and Trent is his best friend. One More Day: This author is new to me, and I loved this book. I am loving The Alexanders! Jackson is a single dad and Ridley is on the run. Read more to see what happens. A must read. The Things I do for You: This book was amazing. You have playboy Nick and Model Raina. Highly recommended
